Former vocalist of the band Velvet Revolver, Scott Weiland claimed to have been raped at the age of 12 years. Bad experience vocalist born October 27, 1967 was outlined in his book entitled 'Not Dead and Not For Sale'.
According to Spin.com that takes information from the book, Scott was raped by a high school student. He mentioned that the rapist is a large muscular man who boarded the bus to school every day with him.
"He invited me to his home. The man was raped. It happened very fast, no fun at all. I was too scared to tell anybody. He gave the warning, 'the story to the people, and you will not have any friends here anymore, I will destroy your reputation, '"writes Scott.
"That is a memory that I hide until a few years ago. While in rehab, that memory will come back. Therapy will do that to you," he said as reported by NME, on Friday (20/05/2011).
'Not Dead And Not For Sale' was released on 16 May. Scott who is now a Stone Temple Pilots frontman also reveals the history of dependence on illicit drugs, and partying with Courtney Love.
