Police say a private aircraft on a training flight has crashed into a river in Bangladesh and one pilot is missing and other is safe.
Local police official Mosharraf Hossain said the aircraft that belonged to a flying club crashed Saturday into the Jamuna River in Sirajganj district.
Hossain said one pilot was safe but the other was missing. It was not immediately clear what caused the crash. Hossain would not provide more information.
The area is in northern Bangladesh about 65 miles (105 kilometers) northwest of the capital, Dhaka.( jakartapost )
